I work in a factory that manufactures and builds various types of metal Towers used for transmitting low and medium voltage electricity across the country of Lebanon. I acquired excellent experience of operating and dealing with several metal fabrication machines I had hands on experience of almost all stages that metal go through including:
• Metal grinding process
• Metal welding Using electrode welding machine
• Metal cutting using hydraulic cutting machines
• Metal loads lifting and transporting using overhead cranes
• Metal bending using hydraulic bending machine

Zihrani power plant is one of the only two power plants for supplying the electric power across lebanon and those plants undergoes a routine maintenance every 5 year. I had the opportunity to participate with GPG company “General Power Generation “which is a Lebanese contracting company to help “ SIEMENS “ which provided Lebanon with the gas turbine located in “ZIHRANI POWER PLANT“ so they sent us a German crew from the company of “ SIEMENS ” to perform the gas turbine maintenance. I participated in all the stages including the required safety precautions and then disassemble of the gas turbine and transporting it to the required site to perform the necessary inspection and the required tests need to be done and then assembling it back again to make it ready to operate and establish power generation.

· Served 6-month at sea onboard supply ship AIDA IV.
· Technical operation of diesel engines and engine room machines
· Assembling and disassembling (Engines, Purifiers, Fresh water generators, Pumps, Coolers, Heat exchangers).
· Coordinated day to day critical operations and prepared all maintenance reports and safety checklists to facilitate record maintenance
· maintain routine maintenance of machinery and equipment’s.
· Managed parts inventory and parts ordering process, Data logging of pressures, temperatures, oil levels, engine speed etc.
· Investigate and observe tests on machinery, conducted equipment testing on a regular basis.
· Performed repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, Maintenance of main engines and auxiliary machines.
· Maintain record of repairs to be done, Maintain the inventory of spare parts necessary, Created Voyage Reports and documentation.
· In charge of all engine room safety equipment, assisted the ship safety officer during routine checks and maintenance
· Successfully led and worked with crews from multiple nations in a challenging environment
