Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Executing everything related to the POST-TENSION in 68 Slab Each Slab 19 Tons PT system. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractor & Subcontractors & Preparing weekly and monthly civil site reports. • Preparing, reviewing and submit invoices. • Review and checking Quality control, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the contractor and by subcontractors. • Main Contractor : CSCEC.
Project: THE LATIN DISTRICT - NEW ALAMEIN CITY Responsibilities: • Responsible for Executing everything related to the POST-TENSION in 7 Cluster.
• Residential Buildings with built up area of 250, 000 m² (Basement + Ground + 10 Typical Floors). • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractor & Subcontractors & Preparing weekly and monthly civil site reports. • Preparing, reviewing and submit invoices. • Review and checking Quality control, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the contractor and by subcontractors.
Project: SUNCAPITAL CITY - 6TH OF OCTOBER Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Executing everything related to the POST-TENSION in 30 Building and 20 Villa. • Each Building contain of Basement + 6 Floor Typical. • Each Slab Have 5.0 Tons of Post-Tension strands • Review and checking Quality control, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the contractor and by subcontractors. • Supervise and checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. • Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractor & Subcontractors & Preparing weekly and monthly civil site reports. • Preparing, reviewing and submit invoices.
Project: KENZ COMPOUND & KAYA MALL - 6TH OF OCTOBER Responsibilities: • Responsible for Executing everything related to the POST-TENSION in 18 Buildings. • Residential Buildings with built up area of 65, 000 m² (Basement + Ground + 5 Typical Floors) • Kaya Plaza Mall with built up area of 42, 000 m² (2 Basements + Ground + 3 Typical Slabs). • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractor & Subcontractors & Preparing weekly and monthly civil site reports. • Preparing, reviewing and submit invoices. • Review and checking Quality control, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the
Project: Commercial Building for Sharjah Cooperation Society Responsibilities:
• 2 Residential Buildings with built up area of 16, 000 m² (Ground+2 Parking + 5 Typical Floors). • Responsible for All Works, from Excavation to Finishing Works. • Delivered PCC level. Delivered the Shuttering and steel fixing works of ( Strap Beams, Raft, isolated footings, Columns and Slabs (PT-Flat ) slabs . • Delivered ( Plumbing -Block Works- Plaster - Ceiling and DryWall Partition Plan and Elevation - Tiles ) Works accordance with the drawings. • Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractor & Subcontractors & Preparing weekly and monthly civil site reports. • Preparing, reviewing and submit invoices .

• Responsible for the execution Compound Consists of six Building with a total cost of 30 millions EGP at "Dar Masr" project. • Each building consists of a ground floor and five Frequent floors with an area of 1200 square meters .
