Chemical Injection Middle East (CIM) in Qatar was originally found by Chemical Injection Services (CIS), Norway the leaders in building Chemical Injection and Dosing skids, providing Chemical Injection solutions to the process industry. CIS customer network covers Scandinavia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.

CIM, Qatar carries out design, pre-engineering, engineering, manufacturing, testing & installation of
Chemical dosing systems for offshore and onshore industry.

Onshore and Offshore: Supervising of assembling works on the skids fabricated by others. This involves tubing, piping and some welding works. Components like pumps, level Gauges, meters etc. are imported and some components like valves, tubings and fittings are locally procured. The main skid will be fabricated by a local fabricator like Metalex Trading & Contracting Company. Testing of the assembled skids and dosing, packing and shipping the skids for Qatar and Middle East market.

* Interface with customer representatives for support and collaboration in implementing process improvements to aligning quality requirements.
* Ensure the product and process quality to comply with internal & customer requirements.
* Develop processes and procedures and simplify complex processes to assist the organization in achieving quality goals.
* Create and plan measurement and metrics to integrate quality assurance with business drivers, and ensure that related QA documents are updated.
* To help identify potential new customers.
* Reviewing existing customer service policy, in conjunction with all departments to monitor and provide consistently high levels of customer service. & distribute regular updates to customers by producing Technical Update mailings and calling.

* Managed from planning through completion more than 4000 PayPhones in the Kingdom of Jordan and its districts in just 36 months.
* Collaborated on numerous management committees, Bills Committee, Realocation Committee & the Y2K team.
* The only middle manager with the authority to analyze all the traffic that is forecasted from alo payphones nationwide (Data Analyst). And also analyze the sales data, monitoring traffic and salesmen performance.
* Responsible over all municipalities, PayPhone locations, relocating low traffic PayPhones, and negotiations with all parties who have indoor locations, key accounts, etc.
* Conduct study to determine users needs and identify areas of operation, which need upgrading and recommend most suitable option.
* Managed and supervise a team of coordinators and one of my responsibilities was to coordinate with the Technical Services Department and the Administrative Services Department to insure that the operation run smoothly.
* Planning and estimation of the PayPhone Installations per annum (Future Planning).
* Arrange and attends Reallocation Committee meeting and take down the minutes of meeting and submit the minutes for approval and distribute as per instructions. Keep proper files and prepares reminder for action items as a Secretary of the Reallocation Committee.
* Determine the new tariff and Management upon the Jordan Telecom modifications (JTC) .
* Programs (Software) modification & Development.
* Recieves some of the incoming telephone calls, answering promptly and courteously. Verefies callers and takes messages to follow up the complain.
* Adhere to the approved Quality System in the duties assigned.
* Internal auditor of the application of the ISO 9001 upon the recommendation of the general mamagement department and the quality assurance coordinator, in addition to my responsibilities mentioned above.

* Allocate payphones installations, and supervise site preperation prior to installment.
* Implement engineering drawings and supervise electrical termination.
* Program the system, and integrate it to be adopted in the existing control system.
* Supervise unit commissioning.
