Key duty:
• Lead the team of engineers from the sketch design stage to deliver the complete project tender Documents, Awarding the project and represent owner in construction contract.
• Develop and review building plans and elevations to conform to the design requirements and developer regulations.
• Produce, arrange and supervise working drawings and projects presentation.
• Dealing with local authorities and coordinating between disciplines to meet tight deadlines.
• Follow up the quality control plan, Quality Assurance Plan and project progress
• Co-ordinate with structural engineers, electro-mechanical and other specialist consultants.

Projects:
Preparing Detailed Design drawings and coordination with engineering
departments and following-up of Projects Services Drawings and Building Permrit
with the Local Authority for the following projects:
Design 10 nos. of various concept and different location villas with various design concept plans & elevations for Mr. Hamad Rumihi in different sites (G+1+P). All Architectural detail drawings and coordination also supervise the construction work with Construction team.
Design and prepare detailed drawing for Villa Complex at Old Airport.
