• Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for assigned projects

• Ensuring to send to the client the regular updates and feedbacks about finalized phases and taking official confirmation on it.
• Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• Scheduling meetings to handover the client all required documents and final designs as previously agreed on kickoff meetings.
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
• Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
• Ensuring projects financial deliverables (Invoices) that had been submitted on agreed time/date and following up with sales and finance departments.

Manage and provide hardware and software maintenance, training, consultation and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Handling for all new network projects covering multiple fields (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security & Voice Solutions) by creating a design and implementation plan for providing these services in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure accessibilities of implemented technology, services and resources.
