• To maintain the outlet reservation list, and check the outlet reservations list

frequently during the shift.

• To approach guests suggesting a cocktail/ wine or non-alcoholic beverage and

recommending promotional items.

• To use approved suggestive selling techniques to up sell products with higher

profit margin.

 Clear understanding of the section and providing product knowledge to

customers.

 Excellent communication with customers including welcoming, greeting and

acknowledgment.

 Take ownership and effectively deal with customer queries complaints.

 Follow the RULE of selling - greeting, asking, listening, advising and

thanking the customers.
