• Managing Mechanical External and Internal Services like Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC Site Monitoring, Inspections, Review drawing submittals, product submittals, Method statement and document submittals. Ensuring that the approved drawing, project specifications and bill of quantity is strictly followed by the contractor/sub-contractor.
• Ensuring mechanical installation in compliance with Project Specification and Standard practices as per applicable standards requirements
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. Ensuring mechanical(Plumbing, fire Fighting, HVAC and other mechanical services) installation in compliance with Project Specification and Standard practices as per applicable standards requirements
• Controls equipment installation, alignment and leveling, Performs functional checks and mechanical completion checks (Boilers, LPG system, Chillers, Pumps, Pressure Vessels, Water Tanks, Cooling Towers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Fire Pumps, FHC, Sprinkler System, FM-200, AFFF System, Sump Pumps, Heaters, RO system), Installation inspection (dimensional check, water tightness test), Checks of levels, position, orientation, anchor bolts, etc. of tanks foundation, Performs hydrostatic test of tank and Storages tank internal inspection, Performs punch-listing operations.Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
• Witness the tests, controls and inspections, guarantee inspection status control for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion, obtain the relevant documentation and ensure the correct implementation of the approved Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan(ITP) according to Client’s requirements/requirement in Project Specification.
• Providing updates for daily and weekly progress report to Line Manager; working on Primavera Contracts Management (PCM), Autocad, MS Word, MS Excel for the updates.
• Developing records/log of Product/Supplier Qualification/drawing Submittals & method statement submitted by the contractor, and monitor for the approval, implementation on site. The same communicated to the Line Manager if not properly implemented at site.
• Familiar with Preparing and review of Method Statement, ITP, Walk Around inspections, NCR, SI, Closing NCR, Snag List closing,
• Familiar With ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW-143, 144, 171, IPC, UPC, NFPA and other applicable standard codes in construction
• Contributing for the Project Planning and Project Status for the monitoring of contractor commitments and controlling
• Executing installation and inspections related to Infrastructural, Residential and Medical Areas(Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Internal and External services)Network of LPG, Fuel Oil, Sewerage, Storm(GRP up to 70’’ diameter), Irrigation, Potable water(HDPE), Chilled Water/Hot
