Key Responsibilities:
- Plan for the needed materials and chemicals and ensure adequate stock of mud chemicals is available on the rig site based on the calculations of the anticipated mud volumes needed with the proposed concentrations.
- Formulate the required Drilling, Completion and Workover Fluids throughout distinct drilling, completion and work-over operations according to the proposed mud program.
- Organize the mud tanks and handle the mud system.
- Monitor mud parameters and execute distinct mud tests and treatments to keep the mud parameters in range according to the proposed mud program.
- Supply the client with updated mud parameters, costs and inventory via Daily Mud Report in Baroid Wellsite Software.
- Summarize well drilling operations, prepared mud volumes, used chemicals and their costs through the well recap and the well summary via Baroid Wellsite Software.
- Check and Evaluate solids control equipment efficiency on the rig site.
