1- Work as Central Division for Seven 7 hotels with man power more than 1800 employees. 2- Maintains, develops, and administers HR policies and procedures.

5- MaintainsandupdatestheCompany’sdirectoryandorganizationalcharts.
6- Develops strategic solutions to meet the Manpower Plan, workforce demands and labor
force trends and manages recruitment and selection processes.
7- Coaches and mentors team members through the process of understanding the needs
and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department.
8- Identifies staffing needs and prepares a Manpower Plan to be approved.
9- Ensurescompliancewithallpoliciesandproceduresrelatedtothecountryandrecruitsall
required personnel to meet quotas and regulations.
10-Manages the recruitment, assessment, and interview process of potential candidates
which includes CV screening, administering interviews, preparation and administering of
tests, shortlisting of candidates, counseling managers on candidate selection, etc. 11-Oversees updates of job descriptions (to include job requirements, KPIs, responsibilities,
qualifications) for all the Group’s positions in coordination with Department Directors. 12-Develops the Company’s salaries and grading scales in coordination with the President
and ensures that these are properly and consistently applied.
13-Manages performance reviews and ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of
employee work consistently and on a timely basis.
14-Develops and frequently updates succession plans at the Group level and within business
units.
15-Initiates different types of surveys to assess the employees’ needs and puts in place an
action plan to address them in coordination with the VP of Corporate Services. 16-Assesses and identifies, in coordination with Department Directors, employee gaps in terms of required skills and credentials for different positions throughout the Company.
Subsequently designs an employee Training Plan and directs employee training programs. 17-Ensures the proper implementation of HR related policies (leave requests policy,
attendance, disciplinary actions, etc.).
18-Maintains employee benefits programs and recommends enhancements.
19-Conducts and analyses exit interviews to determine the main reasons and events that led
to these resignations and terminations. Reports findings to whom it may concern. 20-Maintains employee records and files and ensures they are adequately safeguarded and
retained.
21-Provides recommendations for Human Resources employees’ promotions.
22-Ensures adequate and timely reporting.
23-Adheres to assigned strategic goals and objectives in line with the Group-wide strategy. 24-Ensures engagement with the SBUs to engage in coordinated action plans for the
implementation of strategic goals and objectives.
25-Ensures the safeguarding of sensitive or confidential data and documents related to the
Human Resources Department and the Group are always requested, collected, and
compiled on time.
26-Promotes a better working environment and culture.
27-Performs any additional tasks as deemed necessary and when requested.
