Job Duties:
•Administer network and Servers including data security, active directory, group policy,
DNS, DHCP.
Working with E‐mails servers Exchange.
Backup Administrator.
Firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
Install and configure computers, hardware, systems, networks, printers, etc…
Provide support for all IT related activities (Desktop/Laptops, IT equipment, Applications)
and perform hardware and software installations.
Help on uploading articles/blogs via official company’s website and social media
channels.
Support staff either face to face, over the phone or remotely for solving issues and
troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware's and
software's faults.
Follow up and maintenance of various applications and programs.
Make a backup copy of all company’s data.
Responsible to follow and apply IT strategies, policies and securities.
Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports..
Job Duties:
* Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including
Computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
Design, configure and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system
Software.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine
Hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be

Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms.
Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or
