Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to
Plastering, Gypsum boards, painting, titling and marble work.
Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of
activities.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per
specifications.
Put guidelines for each subcontractor before working and explain
the drawings and the work needed from him. Communicate with
the owner representative and the consultant - Prepare inspection
requests (IR) for the consultant and go through the process .
