Main tasks
 Preparing real estate feasibility studies for all types of investments including equities, off-plan sales development projects and ready-made unit’s development projects, land plots in addition to properties operated in Retail, Office and Hospitality sectors.
 Preparing the valuation model and report for proposed projects and investment opportunities to determine the fair value of these investments.
 Analyzing and providing advice on all matters with regards real estate deals.
 Preparing the private placement memorandum (PPM), investor presentation and teasers of our current and new “Real Estate Funds” (Closed-end development funds & Closed-end recurring revenues generating funds & REITs) in the local, regional and overseas markets.
 Participating in preparing “Terms and conditions (T&C)” for the new established Real Estate Funds.
 Reviewing all the valuation reports and feasibility study reports received from IFAs (independent financial advisers), consultants and our counterparts.
 Maintaining and updating the financial data related to our ongoing projects.
 Sectors coverage includes mainly real estate, retail, hospitality, office and student accommodation in MENA and some of European countries (like Portugal).
 Creation of structures for both real estate development and real estate income generating funds.
 Developing training program for junior hires.
