- Conducts the whole Process of Implementing Human Resources
Management System (Installation, Configuration, Training and Live Coverage)
- Conducts the technical customer Training sessions as per standard and make
sure that client apply working cycle through implemented application.
- Diagnoses customer problems & provides appropriate solutions in a timely
manner
- Maintain HRMS linkage to the customer’s total rewards & HR long term &
short term objectives.

HR processes through the HRMS.
- Ensure recording and maintenance of the customer’s employees information,
such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance,
disciplinary actions…. Etc
- Maintains high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed
customer needs.
- Provide regular reports to Management describing customer’s situations
work status & recommending necessary actions on both Technical and Non-
Technical Issues
