- Maintaining receiving, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and security operations by coordinating, enforcing And Follow up SOP system.

- Development cargo Route cross-functional by amend warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.

- Ensure regularly check and maintenance of company assets such as tools, equipment and facilities to avoid work stoppage; maintain record of all company assets and conduct audit to find out future requirement.

- Managing all staff under direct and indirect control, following up with the Facility team to guarantee the best delivery, service level, shipping accuracy, and delivery timing.

- Monitor the performance of the warehouse using KPI prepared in advance, with a primary focus on cost controls.

- Establish, and promote customer service standards concerning pre-aligned and deal with complaint in the warehouses .

- Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork to ensure the productivity targets are met as per set KPIs (Stock Accuracy, order Fulfillment, warehouse safety, Order Accuracy, Shipping dates ).

- Planning the warehouse’s future capacity requirements.

- Making monthly appraisal for the warehouse team based on the performance and measured KPIs .

- Following up the Warehouses to apply health and safety instructions to ensure full safety for all staff in the warehouses area.

- Continuous working to prevent any deviations in the Warehouses stock and to decreasing damaging during transport and handling the stock .

- Permanent work to extract and encourage ideas from the team in order to improve and facilitate and efficiency of the work .


Responsibilities:
Responsible of managing all operations in 2 Main warehouses in (Jeddah and Riyadh ) and 3 Branch Warehouses in
(Dammam, Madinah and Abha ) wise under team contains of 47 member.

Achievements in cigalah group as W/H Manager :
- Obtaining the ISO-13485 certificate .
- Implementing bin location System in the Main Warehouse in jeddah
- Installing new warehouse matching with All SFDA requirements In ( Dammam + Riyadh ) W/Hs .
- Helping the top management through raising the sales target from 300 million 2019 to 409 million till 2021
- implementing The Goods tracking system as per SFDA requirements in ( Riyadh + Dammam + Madinah + Abha )W/Hs .
- installing new warehouse in jeddah matching with All SFDA requirements .
- Helping the top management through raising the sales target from 120 million 2017 to 300 million till 2019
- Increase warehouse capacity by 25% by changing the level of shelves to accommodate 5 containers instead of 4 in the past .
- Destructing all expired items which have been kept at the warehouse since the business started.

product from the product lines and distribute the finished product to the customers
