» Material Solution, Research & Development
□ Enhance the ZS-Material System with the latest updates and technologies for
material and products that are compatible with ZS-Offered Services.
□ Study new alloys or material compositions with specifications that achieve the
required job and stand field conditions. Discuss new material to solve equipment
problems.
□ Lead R&D activities to create material solutions that target performance modifying,
cost reduction & process typical forms' developing to save time and effort at
different engineering and production activities.
□ Support Sales Offices with the required documents; Method statements,
Certificates of origin & Provide Marketing and Export Dept. with all updates to be
shown at organization catalogs.
» Cost Control & Business Analysis
□ Study project documents "PIS" to proceed with Estimate sheets, Approval packages
and the change orders from Sales to calculate the required material or the changes
would affect our price book.
□ Manage financial issues to Control Order to Cash "O2C" that's to supervise Projects
Budgets which is guide to the financial situation for projects. Our role is to define
the cycle time for the project, allocate the cost for material and connect the Shop
Production Order to financial system.
» ZS-System Development (ERP, SPO & Oracle windows)
□ Leading new ERP system maintenance cooperating with IT team to solve problems
related to Material system, Operation and Shipping.
□ Detect, trouble-shoot System technical and financial problems that are supported
by Oracle and open a ticket with them to solve, modify these errors and remove
obstacles.
□ Adding and creating a new windows or reports to make working follow-up easier.
» Follow Up and Scheduling
□ Load projects with production schedule according to production priorities and
shipping plans with respecting the assigned clauses with customer.
□ Prepare the necessary analysis related to production rate, process performance,
loading plan and the monthly strategic report.
□ Contact with suppliers and Sub-contractors to discuss technical issues or claims
from received products or secvices and follow-up delivers dates.
□ Define the Cycle time for the projects, allocate cost for the material to reach to
finalize the project with the studied feasibility.
» Material Planning
□ Proceed with BIM Models for P.E.Buildings by raw material sorting to create
accurate forecasting based on loading plan.
□ Control material alternatives with SPO “Shop Production Order Supported by
Oracle” to follow shortage and assign orders.
□ Drive Business analysis to suggest new solution or maintain a new procedure which
wasn’t followed before.
» New Cairo Pipeline
□ Proceede installation electro-mechanical works at New-Cairo Pipeline’s project -
installing 1400 LM double from 2600mm diameter pipes and assigned the
performed commissioning activities.
» Dahshur Pump Station
□ Created installation method statement for the projects such as “Dahshur” Pump
Station's Pumps, Main Header and their lines.
» 6th October water treatment station
□ Defined working activities for fabricating and installing the Over Head Cranes at 6th
October water treatment station.
» Luxor Intake Pump Station
□ Created Shop Production Work Orderes for Pipes and Fittings fabrication at Luxor
Intake Pump Station
