Roles and Responsibilities:
Making control sheets and charts with excel and an internal software (Dataness) to show
delay analysis, look ahead schedule, procurement status and S-Curves.
Issuing and updating procurement tracking sheets to monitor critical and long lead items
skids for oil and gas projects
Issuing Proposal, detailed and updated schedule with resource allocation on Primavera P6
Issuing External and Internal progress reports monthly and weekly
Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of
concern that requires the action of the associate task member (delay analysis)
Coordinate, attend, and record project review meetings with related parties
Develop forms and templates for monitoring and controlling project time and budget

Roles and Responsibilities:
Expediting procurement cycle for construction and finishing materials till issued to site
Cost estimating for finishing for any upcoming new villas
Issuing and monitoring cash flow (In and Out) for every villa and solving over budget
material by cost saving in construction and value engineering
Making contracts, invoices, and variation orders with subcontractors
Roles and Responsibilities:
Issuing time schedules for different phases in different projects
Issuing invoices for subcontractors
Monitor progress and long lead items for procurement
