• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all
deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
• Determine the required Estimation by using CANDY Software.
• Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability.
• Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
• Prepare and follow-up the RFQs with Subcontractors & Material Suppliers.
• Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
• Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and
Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.
• Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the
risk of scope gaps.
• Attend all Commercial & Technical Prebid, Bidding & Post Bid Clarifications with Client with arranging a
proper solutions / response.
• Proffer suggestions to the Chief Estimator or appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures.
• Prepare In-direct Cost for the Tender / Project for all disciplines Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc..
• Prepare the Budget files and Hand-over tothe Concerned Project Manager.

• Executing the Construction, Testing & Pre-commissioning works for approximately 700 km for a
network of pipelines such as: water injection & oil flowlines, main transfer lines, GRE lines, Gas lift
lines within Bu-Hasa Area.
• Assist Project Construction Manager in technical aspects and site management.
• Monitor and enforce the adherence to the safety standards, rules and regulations as captured in the
Clients and EPC Contractors HSSE plans.
• Ensure construction is executed in accordance with applicable specifications, drawings and standards
with special emphasis on revision control.
• Participate in regular on-site progress meetings and actively participate in interface meetings.
• Ensure work and quality related inspections are carried out in accordance with the Client Quality
Management System (QMS) and approved Inspection and Test Plans.
• Review the Contractors progress and productivity measurement reports and advise the Construction
Manager on trends or occurrences with a possible negative impact.
• Ensure instructions for approved scope changes are issued, processed and efficiently implemented.
• Give input for the daily, weekly and monthly construction progress report and other project reporting
requirements.
• Review the Contractors weekly / monthly look-ahead schedules and advises the Construction Manager
on activities start / finish deviations from the construction planning with a possible negative impact.

• Executing the Construction, Testing & Pre-commissioning works for 114 km 42 HP Gas Pipeline
from Habshan-5 to Ruwais & 16.5 km 6 Condensate pipeline from Habshan-5to Habshan-Complex.
• Assist Project Construction Manager in technical aspects and site management.
• Project Coordination related to Interfaces with Discipline Engineers of Company, Client and other
EPC Contractors.
• Assistto control and manage the pipeline mechanical activities from construction to commissioning &
de-commissioning (specialist in crossings).
• Preparation of procedures / method statements, Task Risk Assessments for pipeline construction,
pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
• Following and Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling activities, set-up, execution and arranging
the related crossing NOCs.
• Handling punch lists related to mechanical completion & hand over stages.
• Execution of hydrostatic activities related to pipeline and related pigging activities include cleaning,
gauging, filling, pressurizing, dewatering, swabbing,
• Pre-commissioning, callipersurvey, drying, N2 purging of pipelines.
• Arrangingand leading the Interface workshops and technical meetings with the involved principal
contractors, sub-contractors, authorities and third parties ensure their readiness to conduct the
various activities for the project.
• Resolving the field engineering issues related to Interfaces in coordination with Construction
Engineers and documents the resolutions.
• Handling 12, 000.00 inch dia. construction scope related to piping inside brown area for ADNOC-GP.

• Executing the Construction, Testing & Pre-commissioning works for a various Km of pipelines
networksuch as water injection & oil flowlines, transfer lines, GRE lines.
• Assist Project Construction Manager in technical aspects and site management.
• Project Coordination related to Interfaces with Discipline Engineers of Company, Client and other
EPC Contractors.
• Leading the Subcontractors Department starting from defining the scope & quantities, arranging the
RFQ, comparison between quotations, site visits, negotiation, selection, LOI, LOA, finalizing all the
subcontractors agreements/ contracts, leading the Subcontractors to execute the works at site.
 Assist to control and manage the pipeline mechanical activities from construction to commissioning & de-commissioning (specialist in crossings).
 Preparation of procedures / method statements, Task Risk Assessments for pipeline construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
 Following and Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling activities, set-up, execution and arranging the related crossing NOC’s.
 Handling punch lists related to mechanical completion & hand over stages.

 Resolving the field engineering issues related to Interfaces in coordination with Construction Engineers and documents the resolutions.

• Execution for gross test by air for the separation and stripper units.
• Supervision of all activities related to Nitrogen/ Helium Leak test which inducted by A.Hak Company after
the completion of gross test by air on the Hydrocarbon Systems.
• Inspection on all Hydrocarbon systems after pressurized by nitrogen and helium using helium sensitive
spectrometer.
• Inerting (purging by nitrogen) for the tested Hydrocarbon systems with < 0.5% of Oxygen content.
• Leading maintenance group ready for any emergency cases during the night shift.
• Hand over systems for RFO/ RFSU stages.
• Calibration of all Pressure relief valves by carrying the leak test and hold test.
• Lead a maintenance team after the commissioning until the hand over.

Completed the practice training course as a university demand, during 60 days training I rotate & become familiar with the follow departments: Fabrication, Procurement, Material Control, QA/QC, Engineering, PMV, AG Piping, and HVAC.
