Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities
Review marketing monthly forecast and monitor inventory levels in order to ensure a flawless distribution orders
Track and monitor all orders movements from delivery to returns including Quality Assurance and Service Level
Plan and allocate manpower as per the work volume and ensure that there is sufficient work load for binning to avoid lost/idle time
Process inbound deliveries as per the daily schedule.
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Check and verify shipping records, handling questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and addressing any problems with inventory control
Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment/ supplies
Maintain a clear status report of the damaged stock and replacement when possible to after sales Department
Weekly stock count for random stock keeping units to verify sock count accuracy
