• Implement and control the adequacy of quality procedures, method statements and inspection & test plans for the activities and ensure it's fully understood by construction and to meet compliance requirements.
• Follow-up NCR closure and to identify and take corrective/preventive actions against actual and potential problems that may affect quality of contracted work.
• Sets up and chairs Quality meetings.
• Ensure that personnel staff are adequately qualified and experienced in their relevant discipline to perform the duties of their position in a satisfactory manner.
• Verify the approved procedures are implemented within the department and identify to the QA/QC Manager the requirement for any necessary complementary procedures.
• Liaise with Client/Consultant in all the matters related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure employer/customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Aconex Access is set and its use is smoothly to all project employee.
• Review Subcontractors' pre-qualification.
• Ensure that Sub-Contractors are working in accordance to the Project Quality Documents/plan as per their scope.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct audit for the all different department as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provided observations, took measurements and performed tests at various stages according to quality control plan.
• Ensure Handing over procedure implemented effectively.
• Adhered to all legal, safety and health standards.
• Followed quality standards and procedures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Managed and archived quality documentation and participated in internal and external quality audits.
• Updated quality control standards, methods and procedures to meet compliance requirements.

Work Description is not limited to:
• Using ACONEX online system for submitting WIR, MIR, Permits, Shop Drawings, Method statement, RFI and NCR.
• Implement, monitor and document QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Approved Shop Drawings and Method statements narrated in the Project QA/QC Plan.
• Conduct random inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per Project QA/QC Plan and Client Specifications an attainment of quality requirement.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Laboratory and Independent Testing Agencies to ensure that all requisite tests as per Project Specifications are conducted and the reporting is properly done.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices Also to follow up the close out of NCR s and SOR s.
• Attend site QA/QC meetings with project management and subcontractors.
• Prepare Daily reports of actual QA/QC activities accomplished during the day.

Consists of 4 Four towers (Paramount Hotel + 3 hotel apartments), each tower features 2 basements, 10 podium levels and 60 additional floors.
The 1.5 billion AED DAMAC Towers by Paramount resort in Burj Khalifa Area is to include more than 1, 800 units with one, two and three Bedrooms serviced suites and 800-room 5-star Paramount Hotel.

Work Description is not limited to:

• Responsible for one tower out of the four.
• Exercising full control over workforce on site for both structural and finishing work till handing over to Client.
• Ensure that work is executed in accordance with contract drawings and specification, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Preparation of designated procedures.
• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are fully enforced.
• Site surveying and setting out, dimensional control.
• Monitoring all sub-contractors work closely to ensure that quality of work is as per specification and is completed on time.
• General site management and co-ordinate daily site inspection.
