• Provide after-sales service technical expertise.
• Commissioning and startup for mega projects and complex products.
• Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems (Mechanical, Electrical component, Controls, Motors and VFDs).
• Judging warranty period failures whether warranty cases or operational faults.
• Analyze failure data and report findings to support corrective action activities.
• Provide practical technical solutions and assistance to customers and business partners.
• Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of service-related literature.
• Provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications.
• Participate in product introduction and quality teams.
• Responsible for developing service-related procedures and work instructions.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment and Inform supervisor of any technical problems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to PMS guidelines safely and efficiently.
• Organize and promote the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing for mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Write maintenance, operation and service reports.
• Participate to create healthy and safe environmental.
• Maintain an adequate supply of spares to fulfil maintenance requirements.
• Perform task risk assessment.
• Comply with permit to work and isolation systems.
• Conduct prejob meeting that cover planning, hazards, communication and permits.
• Install mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Following up operation and maintenance for: Engines, water treatment units (RO and Alfa Laval), sewage treatment plant, air compressors, pumps, cranes, gearboxes, heat exchangers, firefighting pumps, plumping system pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and carrying out all basic maintenance for wide range of equipment and machines.
• Operate grinder, drill press machines, hand taps and dies, thread pipe, electric pipe threading machine, hoses press machine and the lathe.
