• Assist in budget preparing with the CFO and making the forecasts as needed.
• Make the conciliations as needed for the end of the year financial statements.
• Prepare the monthly cash forecasts for cash management needs.
• Prepare the monthly financial reports and the presentation for it.
• Prepare a weekly performance report for the company sectors.
• Give the advice to the finance department members as needed.

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Preparing the accounting departments documentary cycle, managing the departments employees, and distributing tasks among them.
• Auditing and approving the accounting entries after verifying their authenticity.
• Approving electronic financial transfers (final approval)
• Prepare vat monthly report & respond to the General Authority of Zakat & tax inquiries
• Preparing financial results quarterly at the company and branch level and presenting them to CFO
• Distributing the expenses of the joint departments among the companies according to the appropriate distribution bases for each expense
• Preparing and tabulating the trial balance, balance sheet and income statement at the end of the fiscal year and submitting it to the Audit Office and follow-up with the audit director until receiving and approving the draft financial statements.
• Prepared and analyzed financial records to determine areas for financial growth and cost reduction.

• Collecting all cost data for products from all departments.
• Classifying costs and dividing them according to nature of activity
• Using most appropriate cost method that leads to most accurate calculation of product costs
• Determine the products costs and follow the profitability of each item.
• Follow most appropriate ways to reduce and control cost
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.

• Collect the daily cash sales and make the bank deposit
• Follow with the sales applications daily and consolidate with them and addressing the differences
• Follow the branch warehouse and assure the validity and completion of procedures
• Deal with the branch employees financial issues and find the best solutions
• Coordinate with the head office with the branch financial needs
