-Reviewing shop drawings and clear any comments with Field Engineers to make it ready for smooth construction.
-Coordinating shop drawings with other disciplines to clear any contradictions.
-Follow up all construction works for DCU, CCR, Raw Water Intake (Green fields), Tie-ins (Brown fields), GIS and Substations buildings (explosion proof type).
-Supervising engineering and construction of PRMS by GASCO including coordination of engineering documents such as P&IDs, Isometric drawings, HAZOP, QRA, PFD, block diagrams, GA drawings and Vendor Prints, and coordinating all FAT/SAT.
-Liaising with statutory authorities (Municipality, Civil Defense, MWRI, NRRA, GASCO, PPC, CORC) for related Consents of all Engineering and Construction of DCU, CCR, PRMS, Tie-ins and Raw Water Intake.
-Ensure that construction works are fully adhered to Contract documents, PQP and Safety Plan.
-Prepare Method Statements of all construction activities and coordinating them with TRA.
-Coordinating civil construction works with HSE team to maintain safe work environment.
-Review daily reports and place the suitable actions to maintain construction works as per project schedule.
-Prepare weekly reports to the Project Director.
-Participate in monthly reports for top management.
Implement the initial, in-process, and final inspection quality plan.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of inspection quality plans by the Inspectors.
-Coordinate with Construction Manager on all quality issues.
- Supervise QC Inspectors and insure controlling the works according to QMS.
- Verify the inspection of all incoming material and certify the test records.
- Coordinate with engineering team for revised drawings.
-Perform appraisals for subordinates and request training to QC inspector to meet project specs.
- Prepare revised PQP.
- Prepare complete Method Statements for various activities.
- Prepare materials submittals, review them with contract documents and issue compliance statements.
- Prepare weekly quality internal meeting with Q.C inspectors to insure the correct applications of
QMS.
-Participate in the internal and external site audits.
- Attend co-ordination meetings with other departments and find solutions for the problems if any.
- Issue INCR, control NCR and placing remedial actions.
-Perform QA/QC weekly meetings with Subcontractors QC personnel.
- Coordinate to close all punches and issuing completions dossiers for ready systems/subsystem.
-Coordinate with HSE team to ensure that works are adhered to the approved project safety plan.
Approved from ADNOC as a Project Manager.
Approved from TAKREER as Senior Civil Engineer.
Overall managing for all kind of project activities.
Liaising with statutory authorities, interfacing companies, PMC and client.
Reviewing/actions weekly & Monthly reports raised by planner, and daily reports raised by site engineers.
Managing all weekly progress, technical, safety and quality meetings with client/PMC.
Following up material & equipment approvals/procurement.
Managing all kinds of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Coordination between all disciplines for the project.
Ensuring works scope is as per contract documents and placing actions for any variations.
