• Managing the implementation of several projects across HR department.
• Maintain organizational guideline by reviewing staff handbooks, recommend changes to ensure policies consistency, draft all employment contracts and service agreements.
• Recommend benefits programs to management based on benefits needs versus employee contribution, obtain and evaluate benefits contracts bids, partner with insurance providers to inform staff of changes to benefits plans by conducting employee educational meetings.
• Works with Compensation team in developing and maintaining field and corporate salary ranges, including periodic evaluation of levels/grades and range movement.
• Maintain appropriate staffing level by establishing recruiting, testing and interviewing program, counseled hiring managers on candidates selection, conduct telephone pre-screening interviews, pre-employment testing and background checks.
• Handle all employee relations issues; listen and resolve employee grievances, conduct disciplinary meetings and oversee termination procedures, conduct workplace investigation resulting in termination of manager based on improper business activity.
• Collaborate with line managers and other departments in Human Resources to create succession strategies and plans that align to business objectives.
• Monitor the assessment of skills and experiences required for unmatched critical positions, and report risk areas, if any, to line managers.
• Responds to employee classification appeals; organizes and participates in the formal appeal hearings process.
• Reviews employees’ request for job reclassification and makes classification/pay level determination. This includes reviewing job questionnaires, conferring with managers and employees, evaluating jobs and preparing written reports on findings. Communicates with stakeholders regarding the result of compensation work.
• Researches situations as they arise related to aspects of compensation to provide clarity for resolution in consideration of contract provisions, historical practices, similar situations, etc.
• Reviews and recommends salary placements for new hires as requested.
• Works with Compensation team in developing and maintaining field and corporate salary ranges, including periodic evaluation of levels/grades and range movement
• Analyzes market data to determine appropriate geographic pay differentials to be applied to salary ranges

• Audit employee timesheets for hours worked and accuracy. Maintain, prepare and process payroll for organization. Prepare payroll related journal entries for period-end. Compile and submit payroll deductions related check requests and payments.

• Arrange for the interviews to include the phone interviews, shortlist potential candidates, filling application forms and English test for entry levels.
• Arrange the panel interviews in coordination with the HR Managers for final selection.
• Prepare the job offers for finally selected candidates and follow up on job acceptance and with the candidates for the documents required and actual starting date.
• Arranging with the C&B director for the compensation committee.
• Support in developing job descriptions for normal staff up to supervisory levels within new Job Analysis Project.
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date.
• Handling the employee hiring &resignation process
• Handling all the employees inquires.
