As a telecommunication engineer my duties are as follows
1.Design voice, video and data communication systems to keep users connected.
2.Install equipments incorporating copper, fiber optics cables and switching systems to transmit phone calls and broadband data.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to all types of telecommunication systems.
4.Document the system I maintain.
5.Perform regular systems backup to prevent data loss.
6. Recover area phone and broadband systems when a disaster strike a system.
And any other duties that I may be assigned by my supervisor.
