o Participate in customer meetings (ODM/CFM) driving repeatable control application and operability solutions.
o Manage customer fulfillment schedule ensuring on-time customer drawings and controls team deliverables.
o Lead control application of new technologies, ensure successful integration of NPI through OTR cycle.
o Partner with Flange to Flange Engineering Teams supporting New Product Introductions and Root Cause Analysis for field operability improvements.
o Develop methods to leverage enhanced technologies GE Control Systems providing growth opportunities for GE and our customers.
o Partner with Energy Services in driving On-Time First Fire and COD for New unit startups.
o Actively drive Total Cost Productivity initiatives, increasingly our competitive position in the marketplace.
DESIRED:
Provide technical direction and advice on installation, commissioning, upgrade and maintenance of gas turbine controls systems, controls instrumentation using MKV, MKVI and MKVIe control systems.
Ensure the proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise.
Act as single point of contact between Customers and GE concerning technical issues and interface with all involved functions.
Provide external/internal timely and accurate professional reports of field activities.
Oversee all in-field activities to ensure they are carried out safely complying with company environmental health & safety guidelines and procedures
doing maintenance for all measuring and control devices for gas engines (Waukesha ), gas turbines, gas generators ( Ruston ) and compressors (Dresser rand )
for motorized valves, pressure, temperature, flow, level and tank level gauges (ENRAF)
Working in maintenance of GE Gas Turbines (Frame 5&7) & Nuovo Pignone Centrifugal and Axial Compressors
