- Reviewing of tender documents of HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing work including design drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantities, the scope of work and submit any value engineering may be considered.
- Preparation of material takeoff.
- Detailed cost analysis of material, labor, overheads and any other construction costs.
- Evaluation of technical quotations received from suppliers.
- Preparation of detailed technical proposals

- Preparation and submission for engineer approval the technical submittals for material, workshop
and composite drawings as well as the required method statements.
- Supervising, following up and managing work at sites to ensure that work is successfully defined
within budget, on schedule and in compliance with quality requirements.
- Preparation of material takeoff and issuing relevant material requisitions and/or purchase requests
and following up with planning& procurement personnel to deliver the required material.
- Preparation of detailed technical proposals against tenders.
- Reviewing of tender documents of HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing work including design drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantities, the scope of work and submit any value engineering may be considered.
- Preparation and submission for engineer approval the technical submittals for material, workshop and composite drawings as well as the required method statements.
- Material takeoff and preparation of interim payment.
- Detailed cost analysis of material, labor, overheads and any other construction costs.
- Evaluation of technical quotations received from suppliers, negotiation concerning the commercial conditions and preparation of purchase orders.
- Preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals against tenders.
