Ensuring that all Electrical system installation as per project specification and approved drawings
 Ensuring quality of works as per project specification and Quality standards.
 Communicating with Site Engineers, Supervisors and Material Team to make sure that work flow in
continuous and smooth respect to Health& Safety manner.
 Allocating works to respective Foreman. Maintaining correspondence with Head office and sub
contractors.
 Preparation of work Histograms and ensuring timely completion of project.
 Power Cable installation, Termination and Testing. Grounding cable installation for equipment.
 Installation of the Power Panels for lighting system inside and outside building
 Installation of Fire Alarm System(FAS) as per approved drawings
 Inspecting the work before submitting the Request for Inspection to the Consultant.
 Conducting inspection to get approval from Client.
 Experience in Quantity takes off from Drawings & preparing Deviation Statements of Quantities
Construction Execution Processes which includes but not limited to Designing, Procurement,
Construction/Erection, and Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning for Electrical Works at various
Projects.
 Monitoring & review of sub-contractor(s)/sub-supplier(s) work of scope and standards, and field
detailed design drawings and documents.
 Review of engineering deliverables by various disciplines which pertain to electrical engineering
 Remains knowledgeable of requirements for applicable codes and standards on a project
 Issue project design documents and Checking out IFC (Issued For Construction) drawings before
continuation on field works.
 Following look ahead schedule of construction activities to determine the time that needs full
concentration on the priority areas/systems.
 Resolve and respond to “Site Technical Query”. Review of as-built Construction Drawings and
submittal to Engineering Department for final as built.
 Coordinates system completion and turn-over with regard to start-up activities for assigned systems
 Preparation of Electrical documents like SLD’s, Cable schedule, cable tray layout etc.
 Preparation of necessary documents to raise Electrical Permit To Work (PTW), LOA (Limitation of
Access), Isolation Certificates, Permit to start work as per project rules and regulations.
 Ensures that the tests, controls, inspections and other activities are carried out by the Subcontractor
according to the schedule, Specification and approved Quality Plan in compliance with the required
HSE standards.
 Liaises with Construction Safety, Quality Assurance, Operations and Commissioning projects
personnel to ensure that facilities will be safe, operable and maintainable
 Ensures that all activities comply with QA/QC procedures during Engineering and Construction
phases.
 Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System.
 Participates in minutes of meetings to keep abreast with all issues relating to the company's Project.
 Supports the rest of the team and proposes alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to
facilitate efficient project progress.
 Reports all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Team
