Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and weekly/monthly progress reports using Primavera P6.

• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, float consumption, and overall schedule performance.

• Coordinate with Clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and site teams.

• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to mitigate delays and protect contractual milestones.

• Perform delay analysis and support Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.

• Prepare manpower histograms, resource loading plans, productivity analysis, and performance reports.

• Track material submittals, procurement activities, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Develop KPI dashboards, S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM) reports, and management presentations.

• Participate in progress review meetings and support risk identification and corrective action planning.
