• supervise the activities related to accounts and general ledger management with effective use of information systems ensuring that financial procedures and internal control techniques are carried out and aligned to the business plan
• Review journal entries as assigned and ensure accurate and complete entries are tracked and entered into GL on a timely basis. Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation on monthly base
• Manage and lead team of 4 juniors 1 senior 1 doc controller.

• Monitor GL on a daily basis for movements in Assets / Liabilities / Income / Expenditure and initiate corrective action on irregularities.

• Gathering data from subsidiaries.
• Manage inter-Company accounting
• Perform financial analysis packages, and business plans.
• Present monthly IS, BS and cash flow projection.
• To FM and CFO, provide high accurate on time management reports along with disclosures/analysis. ad hoc reports
• Build efficient financial models for: -
- Project financing linked with group facilities room
- Monthly flexible management report along with disclosures arranged in consolidate and SA by clicking only 1 button.
- Group portfolio
• Monitor Aging reports and authority to open/close clients based on credit limit/dues.
• Consolidate financials.
• Assist in Business opportunities valuation
• Assist in feasibility studies and market research
• Full responsible in dealing with audit and their requirements (PWC & RSM).
Managing and analyzing financial data for over 12 business units and supporting departments, with diverse business sectors such as Retail, MEP contracting, Residential contracting, Healthcare, power access equipment rental, ready mix equipment sale and maintenance, HVAC Maintenance and installation, Integrated solutions (BMS), ICT (Communications technology), Power, and oil services, Our HQ In Kuwait also we have offices on KSA & UAE.
• Develop financial models, forecasting, projections, budgeting and planning reports to support business decision.
• Prepared a dynamic model for group operating Cashflow with forecasting as we have many facility types (Cash, LCs, LG, project financing, LC vs LC, and others) with different banks (AUB, KIB, KFH, WARBA)
• Analyze past results, perform variances analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor and interpret financial performance, provide regular comparative analysis, variance analysis and guidance to Senior Management. and make recommendations for improvement
• Improve productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Prepare market research, data mining, business intelligence
• Business valuation and Equity valuation
• Coordinating with other members of the finance team, such as a risk analyst when required to review financial information and forecasts.
• Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
• Prepare data for annual/monthly closing
• Full responsibility for group annual closing, dealing, and giving required data for external audit.
• Feasibility study.

• Managing and analyzing financial data for 10 different business units with supporting departments
• Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Spot posting errors and provide best solutions
• Fixed Asset register, run calculate process, and post.
• Monthly asset detailed list includes addition, disposal, Transfers.
• Ledger scrutiny and timely reconciliation of all accounts
• Prepare Prepaid Expense journals
• Prepare provisions journals
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Passing all Intercompany journals and prepare intercompany reconciliations
• Lead month/quarter and annual end closing process with colleagues
• authorized to approve opening new GL accounts
