Job profile: 1. Monitoring and maintaining communication equipment and systems and troubleshooting technical issues with network infrastructure and communication devices, leading, or assisting in the resolution of complex technical issues or escalated service concerns, Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment for prompt service support 2. Communicating effectively and coordinating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly to ensure smooth service delivery, providing technical support and guidance to customers and team members, analyzing data and performance metrics to optimize service efficiency, and providing regular reports and updates to management on service performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges. 3. Managing service contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). 4. Representing the company in the meetings with clients and leading the meeting with the customer and vendors. 5. Schedule regular follow-up meetings with colleagues to discuss the progress of ongoing activities and resolve issues, participating in the installation and configuration of communication equipment and infrastructure, conducting training sessions for colleagues on using the Mobily systems. 6. staying in touch with all employees daily and maintaining the company database updated based on changes in Sites and using unified input, document all discussions and action plans to keep a record of the issues and their respective resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Acting as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer handling all electrical activities related to the sites of Mobily
Client communication towers and electrical equipment for these sites, and preventive maintenance of all
electrical equipment (Generators, MDBs, HVAC, PLC, DC system, Fire alarm, etc.)
2. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring projects, Reviewing the engineering tasks, and initiating
the necessary corrective actions, identifying resources needed, and assigning individual responsibilities in the
field team.
3. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field,
Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with
Engineers to create more efficient project methods, formulating project parameters assigning responsibilities to
our team, and monitoring the project team.
4. Acting on bmc Remedy system and Mobily system to open CRQs or INC. for PMR, vandalism issues, Civil
Works, Long-aged, MDT, overhauling generators, relocating generators...etc.
5. Implementing and overseeing maintenance schedules and procedures, creating a comprehensive inventory of
all the equipment and systems that require regular maintenance, the frequency of maintenance tasks based on
the type of sites, and assign specific tasks to qualified maintenance teams, Allocate necessary resources,
including tools, spare parts, to support the execution of the maintenance plan effectively.
Acting as Operation and Maintenance Engineer handling all electrical activities related to the solar power Plants,
Preventive Maintenance for all equipment (solar cell, inverter, MDB panels ...etc.), in the company projects.
2. Supervision on work in testing and commissioning works executed for all electrical parts and equipment in the
solar plant, recovering and resolving the problems noted by commissioning processes.
3. Installing on-grid PV systems using Net Metering and Feed-in Tariff methods on low voltage, medium voltage, and
high voltage.
4. monitoring power generation in the company projects, to ensure that there is no malfunction in the solar Plant.
5. Design of solar systems and PV applications.
6. Preparing BOQ for the needed equipment & material for replacement.

Job profile: 1. Acting as electrical site engineer handling all electrical activities related to the Hospital including Fire Alarm system, Nurse Call, BMS, Elevators, Headwall Unit, FM200, Co2, Medical Gas, ELV Systems (CCTV, ACs, ...etc.), lighting, Small Power, Earthing, Cable ladder installation and Fabrication, cable pulling (LV, F.O & Data
cables) and streetlight and Termination these Cables, also installation and Reviewing all the MEP Shop Drawings and Related Documents. 2. Installing of Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems for buildings and equipment. 3. Electrical Equipment installation such as MCC panels, MDB panels, UPS panels, Fire Alarm, and PLC panels. 4. Following the reporting and office job for E&I activities. 5. Reviewing checklist of Electrical work also carry out RFI, testing & pre-commissioning. 6. Follow up on the delivery of material/equipment as per the work schedule to ensure the material availability as per the schedule. 7. Highlighting construction and engineering issues timely and making correspondence with clients to resolve the issues. 8. Supervision work progress and systems implementation, and coordination between all sub-contractors. 9. Controlling of works according to the specifications and contract, Progress monitoring of work in line with the approved schedule. 10. Preparing Take-Off for all materials required for the site and Reviewing technical material submittals and report against compliance with project specification.
