General Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to clients to achieve their fitness goal and accurately update their record;
• Propose, discuss and agree on selected set of exercises to achieve clients’ maximum results according to their needs and physiology;
• Designing fitness programs for weight loss, muscular gain and body shape;
• Conducting fitness and exercise classes (spinning, core, ABS, circuit trainings, balance, medicine ball);
• Responsible for initial contact with new members and promoting membership sales;
• Designing nutrition plans by assessing blood type, body fat ratio, life style, metabolic rate, body weight;
• Designing and advising on dietary programs;
• Rehabilitation, Kinesiology and movements;
• Cross fit coach;
• Cardio vascular training program;
• Plyometric training;
• Special courses for children and pregnant women;
• Personal trainer for physique competitors;
