I was responsible for :
o Responsible for the Qandidate System ( Recruitment System ); Reviewing CVs.
o Employee Referral Check; Selection of candidates.
o Interview Arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers.
o Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign Recruitments.
o Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to HR Manager on weekly basis.
o Negotiating New Employees Contracts.
o Drawing up short-lists.
o Offer of employment ( follow up on offer and acceptance ).
o Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitment.
o Coordinate job fairs, new advertisements etc.
o Opening staffs personal life : Issuing Medical Check up Letter.
o Handling new employee reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs.
o Update the Employment / Vacancies Report.
o Handling and Coordinating contract workers procedures and documents.
o Representing of Kulud Pharmacies in many marketing events.

- Studying pharmacy was my very first graduation which related only to scientific usage of medicines , But also I had learned in pharmacy how to deal with patients which made you always under stress.
