Provided technical coordination and facility support in a fast-track, design-and-build retail

• Monitored and reviewed construction/shop drawings across different project phases
• Prepared and reviewed variation orders in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Construction & Facility Manager - MAAD Towers (VOCO Hotel), Jeddah
Led execution and logistics in the high-rise Maad Towers project (9 towers, each 42 floors: 30 typical + 12 Podium ). Acted as both Construction Manager for finishing works and Facility Manager for site-wide operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Executed finishing works for 3 towers as the general contractor
• Managed full site logistics, equipment movement, and material shifting
• Organized storage zones per contractor and coordinated crane/floor access
• Conducted weekly coordination meetings with owner-appointed package contractors
• Coordinated with consultants, the client, and directly contracted competitors
• Regained and maintained full site control in a competitive environment
• Prepared variation orders, project correspondence, and handover documentation
