Key Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of employees with the responsibility of executing and delivering the project on time within schedule and ensuring that the project operations are in compliance with design specifications and meets client requirements.
• Understanding client priorities and responding appropriately, through proactive communication with client representative on day to day progress and issues.
• Reporting to the Top Management regarding the project matters on a regular basis to appraise on the progress of the project activities and issues if any.
• Conducting site visits, site meetings and periodical review meetings to understand and ensure work progress as per schedule and resolving any issues which may hamper the progress of the project.
• Ensuring that the daily, weekly records of the progress of the works are maintained by concerned staff and evaluating the progress on monthly basis against the planned program and budget.
• Conducting team meetings, conferences and events with project team and project stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting material delivery to be on site as per approved schedule, so as to avoid any hold ups.
• Ensuring strict compliance of company’s QA policy & safety regulations.
• Monitoring and reviewing sub-contractors’ activities and scope creeping to identify potential issues and proactively identifying solutions to redress them.
• Closely monitoring the cost and time schedules with an eye on cost optimization and savings on budgeted cost and expediting the project ahead of schedule.

• In charge of Supervising, Reviewing, Managing, Coordination, creation and Submitting of the structural design & shop drawings for the project (About 5 Billion SAR Value).
• Reviewing the Soil Reports and coordination with the designers & the Soil institutes.
• Support the sites in developing engineering proposals and solutions for the construction site.
• Coordination with the Consulting Engineers and getting approvals of submitted structural design & shop drawings and issuing the shop drawings for construction.
• Preparing and editing comprehensive activity and progress reports.
• Arranging and Leading project internal and external meetings with on project involved disciplines and Subcontractors.
• Liaising and coordination with other department heads regarding day-to-day issues.
• Attending and share at meetings with senior management, steak holder, consulting engineers
• Participation at Video conferences of at the project involved international teams.
• Representation of my employer in my discipline in workshops and in negotiation with external involved contractors and offices.
• Leading the structural design team.
• Following up with the sub designers and consulting Engineers for ensuring the timely and continuously flow of the Design, Drawings and of the Approvals as required for the site construction.
• Ensuring that the desired project objectives are delivered.
Tasks such as providing technical proposals, commercial and estimation supports, conducting site visits, maintaining contacts with companies, communicate and managing other key external relationships, induce interfacing with client managers and staff for following up, are me familiar and were regularly part of my Job & Tasks.
• Diplom- Ingenieur (MSc) in the field of Civil Engineering - Constructional Engineering. 1988 from the Technical University of Berlin/ Germany German Diplom-Graduation corresponds to Master of Science degree (MSc). Degree course: Construction and Transportation Science. Branch of study: Civil Engineering / Constructional Engineering. Major study field: Building construction and precast. Thesis: Elastically Bedded Foundation Beams.
