-Planning and coordinating the fit-out projects from start to finish.
-Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure
successful project execution.
-Reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and design drawings to understand the scope

-Conducting quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client
expectations.
-Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing cost estimates.
-Maintaining documentation, including project reports, change orders, and completion
records.
-Maintaining the work progress according to the plan.
-Calculate the quantities for the materials needed.

-Lasing with Consultant and the authorities.
-Planning two weeks ahead regularly.
-Oversee the Works in the site and communicating ----with residents.

Request for inspection and handing out daily reports about activities in site.
