- install, configure and troubleshoot all Cisco, hp, fortinet, ruckus and Aruba network devices.
-Cisco ISE upgrade, Migration and New implementation.
- participate in customer site surveys.
-co-operate and report to the upper management teams
- prepare and deliver documentation according to customer technical requests.
- prepare all materials and documentation and making labs before the start of the project.
- conducts on job training for customer users.

Installs, configures and troubleshoots Cisco, HP, Fortinet, Ruckus and ARUBA devices
Insures that all tools required to do the scheduled tasks are available prior to the
start of the project.
Participates in technical meetings.
Participates in customer site surveys.
Reports all issues to upper management.
Conducts on job training for customer users.
Checking all network Devices combinability before installation.
Develops all documents relevant to his tasks in the project.
Participates in the Integration test and Acceptance test.
Prepares Documentations according to customer technical specifications.
Develops all drawings related to his tasks in the project.
Cooperates with other team members to deliver quality products.
Fine tunes configurations.
Communicates periodic status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Projects Included:
1- Install and configure Cisco network infrastructure and Aruba wireless System for two
Branches and connect Branches together (Henkel HQ & 6 oct Branches).
