Handling and managing all restaurants registered with Talabat at the Eastern Region
Assisting customer with any inquiry regarding the reservations or booking policies.
Handling social media accounts.
Responsible for bookings of 3rd party partners’ application and any analytical reports for that.
Preparing daily run-sheets for events that will be held next day to brief hosts about all details and requirements.
Reviewing receipts to make sure they match the actual bookings for financial reports.
Coordinating the seasonal and new programs, communicating with targeted customers and closing the leads.
Airport operations.
assisting american senior citizens with their governmental insurance.
Assisting customers with any technical inquires regarding their handsets, software and hardware.
Job responsibilities :
Assisting customers with booking online.
Assisting customers with their existing reservations.
Canceling Air Tickets or Hotels.
Schedule changes for the flights.
Changing existing reservations:
(Flights - Hotels - Car reservations - Activities).
Refunding customers and working on their payment and billing issues.
