Monitor the actual progress in comparison with the planned and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Communicate the client and handle requirements and changes in accordance with the triple constraints (scope-time-cost).
Handle the suppliers to get better prices and terms via means of negotiations and procurement skills.
Accurate precise and frequent project financial update ensuring the project P&L are going as planned.
Plan events such as FAT, SAT, training … etc in multi-dimensional vision to achieve the maximum benefits without violating the triple constraints.
Supervise the technical activities such as panel building and site activities and ensure technical team ownership and team spirit.
Handle all international procurement logistics like shipping, clearance & banking issues.
