Launched operations in KSA such as on boarding hubs, drivers and hiring the core team. I have created operations SOPs across markets. I have helped in acquiring new customers and users in KSA.
Lead all supply related matters from on boarding new captains, to optimizing supply/ demand matching and o make sure that captains are engaged and satisfied with our offers. I have also improved Employees NPS Score to above 80 out of 100, optimized and reduced supply budget spending by 48% and lead multiple analytical projects regarding captain retention and activation that lead to a 45% growth YoY.
Supply Department: Responsible for the Growth Department and On-Boarding of Captains. I have doubled the fleet in the first 3 months. Optimized processes, reduced labor and operational costs using outsourcing. handled legalization issues in Eastern Province. Launched the first offline campaign in Dammam for recruiting captains. Participated in Product standardization across KSA. Assisted in many Captain Activation and performance campaigns. Worked on many data analysis projects to analyze online hours, active captain distribution, peak scheduling and Captain Tiering. handled all customization needed for Captain recruitment site in EP and followed up on leads. Organized the First Supply Summit in KSA.
Worked as a freelance consultant for the first three months and proposed a ten months plan for improvement at all the major departments. Worked on process mapping and SOP for the delivery department, developed the Delivery IT System to automate the delivery note generation, scheduling of shipments and to generate critical reports.
Worked with maintenance department to resell damaged items, and to identify the major KPIs for the department.
Conducted inventory at two warehouses that led to identifying dead stock, current stock count and location, and finalized the layout of the newest warehouse. Worked on the rules and regulations for product warranty, to reduce maintenance costs, and started outsourcing non-core operations to third parties. Started the Barcode system as a part of inventory control project to identify items by code, location, and manufacturing serial number.
Responsible for daily activity planning, execution, and material availability assurance. Supervised 75 employees and managed labor scheduling according to requirements. Communicated daily with the sales department to ensure that everyone is on board with the production schedule. Arranged shipments to various locations within the kingdom. Introduced changes to current operations that lead to more efficient time and less labor requirements. Gathered statistical data on overtime distribution among factory sections, which lead to identifying the bottleneck processes at the factory. Introduced a better layout for performing processes and contacted machine suppliers for new machines.
Reviewed customer's POs and Contracts to ensure that they matches the terms, conditions and delivery dates. Coordinated with both the customer and the production department to ensure delivery on schedule. Created and filled project status reports and reviewed invoices. Prepared quotations and updated ‘monthly product sales’ reports. Entered conformed ordered to the system and issued production releases. Initiated a project at the fabrication department which included time study, layout improvement and optimizing the number of workers.
Developed my skills in customer care activities "prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, matching the needs of the customer to the product, consultative selling, closing sales and handling complaints ". Filled Siebel activities on daily basis and participated in customer focus selling training. Supported distributors and couched newcomers on how to sell and demonstrate products. Was involved in many industries such as: glass, aluminum, wood, carpets, office supplies and furniture. Participated in target setting and planning and identified the core products and critical customers to achieve the intended target.
Taught "work improvement" lab and worked as professor assistance, graded many quizzes, assignments and assisted many workshops for production planning course.
Gathered and analyzed many data on standard times at the Room Air Conditioning and Mini-Split departments. Assisted a colleague in a quality improvement project and helped in data collection.
