Daily network performance and quality statistics monitoring to identify performance problems and act accordingly.3G and 2G
Improving and maintaining network KPIs (CSSR, Random Access success rate, Paging, SDCCH blocking, TCH blocking, SDCCH drop, TCH drop, HO success rate etc.).
Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.
Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
Suggestion and implementation of justified radio network parameter changes, and physical antenna system changes to improve the network performance. Both 2G and 3G).
Neighbors list modification, and Pilot pollution detection on 3G
Neighbors list modification, identification and suggestion of necessary frequency plan adjustments based on drive test and radio performance.
Consistency checks, RNO recordings analysis, and REDE recording analysis.
Drive test post processing and analysis to identify radio environment performance problems, and take actions to improve the performance.
Newly integrated sites radio performance testing and acceptance.
Regular parameters consistency check from OSS RC6.

2-Project management including (site survey and BOQ, supervising project processes and Suggestion technical solutions when needed follows the acceptance for integrated site coordinate with customer time plane and the procedures
Installation, testing and commissioning of Ericsson BTS \[Installation & configuration of ERICSSON Mini link -E and Mini Link High Capacity.
IP network troubleshooting and remote access servers configuration
