Looking after the HR needs and issues of around 650 SABB staff in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Develops and delivers a highly customer focused and pro-active HR Relationship Management service. Supports the achievement of business strategies and goals by establishing sound partnership relations with internal customers. Being the HR Relationship expert and champion for various business lines handling all day-to-day HR matters. Ensures consistency of approach and application of policies across businesses. Identifies training needs for staff. Works in conjunction with business heads to identify both their short and long-term HR requirements and priorities.
Designed and implemented career development initiatives appropriate to SABB. Provided an employee welfare and development consultancy service. Designed and conducted development and assessment centers for the new and the Bank executive staff. Diagnosed training needs for executive staff and recommended appropriate management courses. Facilitated the process of identifying key human resource issues and reporting these to Top Management. Participated in formalizing the annual strategic and operating plans for the Human Resource Department in the Bank. Developed human resources manuals in Arabic and English
Provided human resource management consultancy for companies of all sizes and sectors. Managed all assessment and evaluation activities which included aptitude and career assessment methodologies. Developed training materials and seminars in the use of assessment products for various Middle Eastern Nationals. Promoted and delivered training courses and assessment products in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf Region.
