Looking after the HR needs and issues of around 650 SABB staff in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Develops and delivers a highly customer focused and pro-active HR Relationship Management service. Supports the achievement of business strategies and goals by establishing sound partnership relations with internal customers. Being the HR Relationship expert and champion for various business lines handling all day-to-day HR matters. Ensures consistency of approach and application of policies across businesses. Identifies training needs for staff. Works in conjunction with business heads to identify both their short and long-term HR requirements and priorities.

Participated in formalizing the annual strategic and operating plans for the Human Resource Department in the Bank. Developed human resources manuals in Arabic and English
