• Assessment of requirement of Makkah Municipality and the affiliated Municipalities.
• Methodology of work to develop the project management office.

• Study and assessment of the current project management methodologies used in Makkah Municipality.

• Analysis of the variances, if any, in addition to development of the revised project management plans in order to achieve the project objectives.
• Management of the change orders / claims submitted by the contractors / consultant.
• Monitoring of the audits the operations / processes within the PMO Departments to obtain and maintain ISO Certification; also, to monitoring and audit of the project management processes within each project.
• Evaluation of the expertise and skills of the employees of Northern Borders Municipality and its affiliated Municipalities.
• Training for the employees of Makkah Municipality and the affiliated Municipalities.
• Handing over the project management office to Makkah Municipality.
• Attend all handovers for relevant projects and follow up with consultants.
• Use PMWeb systems for projects control and review all documents.
• Preparing Check list for all documents related to the project.

• Produce information to be presented for review by the management.

• Ensure development and implementation of consistent as well as standardized business processes.

* Represent Company with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities and Subcontractors.
* Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
* Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
* Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones
in conjunction with Project Lead.
* Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and
validation with team members.
* Coordinating with consultant for Site works and submitting IR, MIR and Review document control process.
* Maintain the cost control, buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write
required contract riders and purchase orders, confirm compliance with project insurance requirements.
* Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings,
document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence.
* Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing
as appropriate.
* Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible
cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively.
* Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner, consolidates project documentation and files.
* Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process.
* Deliver all warranties, as-built and training to the owner.
* Manage work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours, overtime
and incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
