Leading Projects within defined project scope, schedule, budget and profit margins, HSE & Quality requirements, from commencement to close-out.
Maintain excellent rapport with the Client’s Management and other stakeholders.
Developing & managing department KPIs, performance monitoring & appraisals, creating and maintaining departmental procedures/guidelines.
Troubleshooting issues for ensuring appropriate & timely execution and delivery.
Reviewing and designing system, conducting research, developing full - Scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Maintaining seamless coordination with project stakeholders on an on- going basis as well as attaining project goals by estimating the resource and participants.
Managing project cycle by determining and assessing need for additional staff & or consultants as well as organizing appropriate recruitments to accomplish the projects.
Facilitating support and directing project team members and contractors, influence them to take positive action, and accountability.
Gained experience with Solar Projects with capacity more than 1.5 MW.
• Installed and commissioned 1Mw-Engineering College of ASU, CPV tracking System with17Kw -ASU, 9KwPoly tracking System, 30 Kw for 3 different System poly, mono, thin film Solar panels and Lightning poles for the longest road that illuminated by solar street lighting system with distance 24Km.
Year 2013 • Training Project executed for the Engineering College at the University of Applied Sciences in collaboration with SMA and Kirchner Solar Group (1 Million JOD). The project had three phases: I was responsible for phase 1 which included the Solar System Design, installation and Implementation. Project Phase 1000 KW. Year 2014 • Testbed - We conducted research in reference to the three Solar Systems Types using different Solar Panels. Including 1) Installation of 10 KW using Thin film panels directed to the South. 2) Installation of 10 KW using polycrystalline directed to the South 3) Installation of 10 KW using Monocrystalline also directed to the South 4) Installation of 10 KW for polycrystalline directed to West and East 5) Installation of 10 KW for MonoCrystalline directed to the West and East 6) Installation of 9 KW for Polycrystalline tracking systems7) (Graduation Project) Installation of 17 KW for CPV (Concentrate photovoltaic) tracking system. • I worked and mentored all the above projects and the Installation of 17 KW for CPV was my graduation project.
