Responsible for all project activities (stringing-welding-coating-lowering) as the construction engineer of the project, also managing all the resources in the project (human-equipment-materials).
Responsible for distributing roles on team leaders and monitoring their actions on the site.
Applying the maximum quality requirements to achieve the most quality level while working.
Problem solving and trouble shooting.
Achieving the client’s targets and applying quality standards in the project activities within the pre-determined budget and updating project time schedule according to the site status.
Analyzing cost issues to meet the budget of the project.
Prepare all the construction reports of the site.
Leading a team of about 70 personals responsible for construction operations in the site.
Performing about (100, 000 inches) of fabrication & welding works in steel piping works for 6th October factories(Nissan -General Motors-juhayna-Chipsy-P&G-Unilever, etc….)
Working on constructing natural gas steel networks for gas meters, boilers, cookers & heating systems, in 6th October factories.
Leading the main construction team of the company of about 30 personals whom works in welding and fabrication works for factories.
Co-operate with the commissioning teams in passing their obstacles to get the work done with the maximum success and start up the machines work.
Also working in construction of polyethylene networks about 20, 000 (m) in sheikh Zayed and 6th October for Resorts and supplying VIP customers’ homes with natural gas.
Giving customers estimates for job costs and timescales, sometimes dealing with complaints.
Ensure that customers were completely satisfied with the work carried out.
Establish positive customer relations.
Technical Office Engineer:
Responsible for preparing cost estimation studies and the primary time schedule according to site visits.
Defining project scope and preparing project plan.
Writing the preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning (macro-level).
Identifying and matching needs to approved budget with project stakeholders.
Controlling & Monitoring materials flow during the project and update material status along the project according to a determined time interval.
Reporting project status at progress meetings.
Managing the Reporting & Recording Systems during the project and making projects closure.
Establishing “Planned and Preventive Maintenance” PPM programs during & after the project to the Equipments and devices in the project and also monitoring the equipment status during the project.
Applying cost analysis studies during the project to meet the target budgets and update the top management by the cost status.
Preparing what if scenarios along the project in trying to control any bad impacts on cost or time.
