Leading MEP division at M/s Alsarh contracting LLC,
responsible for :
Building of MEP division at our main contracting civil company and leading the MEP team to carry out in-house MEP works at company projects.
Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction .
Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.
Preparing Value engineering works according to client and consultant requirement.
Preparing with my team all MEP Variation.
Conduct site meetings with client & consultant and coordinate with them at various stages of the project Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner) Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading Review and approve major material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
Monitor the progress of MEP works at all projects and provide necessary support to avoid delay of projects .
Finalize the contracts with MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
Supervise, develop and mentor projects MEP staff .
MEP projects manager.
Mainly handling Dragon City hotel project, (total contract value 125 Million AED, total MEP value 42 Million AED )
