Preparing financial statements, final accounts, settling accounts and closing restrictions
Entering entries and accounting data and making the required comparisons
■ Settlement of customer and supplier accounts
■ Analyzing administrative transactions such as expenses and revenues in an organized manner
■ Preparing financial claims, following up on collections, and examining accounts receivable
■ Set up sales commissions and commission accrual entries
■ Calculate production costs for all products
■ Inventory of stores and follow-up of the daily stock movement
■ Documenting purchases and sales transactions
■ Follow-up existing financial covenants with employees and ensure that they are reviewed on time
■ Preparing the required data for the final accounts and the balance sheet and preparing the settlement entries
■ Follow-up and reconciliation of the company's bank accounts
■ Documents financial transactions by entering account data
■ Review and audit all financial transactions related to salaries
■ Set up salary accrual entries
Completion of all transactions of transfer and renewal of residence permits, cancellation and others Know all transactions and details of administrative and personnel affairs Review all government ministries and different banks and the achievements of transactions that concern each and fully know all the functions of the General Delegate
