Responsibilities:
- Prepare inquiries for all electrical systems and send to suppliers to provide their quotations and technical offers based on BOQ, Specification and tender drawings (approved shop drawings if applicable) for all electrical systems in project such as low voltage cables, panel boards, lighting fixtures, wiring devices, building wires, cable trays, generators, UPSs, CCTV, Access door control, fire alarm, public address, BMS System, Road blockers, gate barriers, walkthrough, X-ray machines, Elevators.
Study technical offers and compare the cost against Contract amount of same item select the suitable commercial offers.
Review technical submittals submitted by suppliers for above mentioned systems.
Prepare the technical submission documents of most suitable commercial offer and proceed submission to consultant and client for approval.
Prepare comparison sheets and Final Negotiation with suppliers for procurement.
Prepare Contracts with suppliers for above mentioned systems.
Co-ordinate with suppliers to get contracts executed.
Review engineering study and shop drawings for electrical systems which prepared by approved suppliers prior to start delivery.
Assist in Electrical systems design for new Projects.

Supervise specialized companies during installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of MV switch gear, Load interrupter switchgear, Transformers, entellysis switchgears, generators, elevators, road blockers and gate barriers.
Installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of low current systems including fire alarm, CCTV, Access door control system, Public address, telephone and data systems.
Installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of external facilities including grounding system, street lighting system, duct banks, external cables and panels.
