2. Directed and provide effective technical support to civil and MEP operations, construction, installation, maintenance, energy efficiency optimization, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
3. Supported the development and coordination of technical portions of proposals, work progress reports, statements of work and contract specifications.
4. Engaged in negotiations with providers (procurement) / Build good rapport with customers, contractors and suppliers.
