Instrument Supervisor Follow the following Activities :
Full Supervision of PCS & DCS System Supplied By Invensys Co .
1- Cabinet installation ( Marshalling, DCS, F&Gas, FGM, LAN, Server, Work Station, Switch & Power distribution )Inside rack Rooms, Server Rooms & Engineering Room .
2- Consolle installation ( Invensys )
3- Cable Pulling, Interconnecting & Cable termination ) .
4- F.O. fiber optics cables Activities ( splicing & Tests by OTDR )
5- Installation grounding System inside all Building .
6- Follow up all wiring modification and As Built .
7- Coordinator between Technip Package
8- Closing punch list items.
Activities: full supervision & responsibility of
(a) TEL / LAN System
Engineering ( design the Routing ) inside all building
Installation of All Lan /TEL Outlet And Cabinets, pulling UTP cable, termination & test ).
(b) Anti Intrusion system
Review the engineering designed by vendor.
Installtion of CCTV Camera. Microwave, grounding system, Road blockers installation, rising arms barrier, Access control system, Card reader installation and access doors.
(c) full supervision of All fiber optics activities MM & SM Cables ( Tests the cable on
the drums - pulling cables - Terminations- splicing - and final test )
(d) As built drawing ( Under grounding routing )
