Direct and manage all engineering related activities across the organization according to relative industry standards and quality metrics, throughout managing large teams working for (Projects, Maintenance, Operation, Facilities, Utilities and Fleet). Improve components and production lines availability, increase product and manufacturing efficiency, decrease the constant need for re-engineering. Deliver engineering solutions to maintain the company operating sustainably.
*Main Responsibilities:
▪ Direct and manage engineering departments across the organization.
▪ Building and implementation of department related policies and procedures.
▪ Participate in preparing strategic plans.
▪ Oversee and lead all engineering departments/processes (Projects, Maintenance,
Operation, Facilities, Utilities and Fleet).
▪ Manage team's performance in all engineering departments.
▪ Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget and report progress updates along with
recommended corrective actions if any.
▪ Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and operations across the organization.
▪ Maintaining all machinery/production lines to ensure it's at working standards.
▪ Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
▪ Develop new maintenance programs for existing and new systems/production lines.
▪ Ensures optimal team performance and best utilization.
▪ Value engineering consideration across all processes.
▪ Apply the concept of predictive maintenance.
*Main achievements:
▪ SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) full implementation.
▪ Spare parts inventory reduction by 10%
▪ Consumable material consumption reduced by 15%. i.e. (R22, Glycol, Water, Diesel).
▪ Increase manpower efficiency and utilization ration by 10%.
▪ Increase production lines availability across all facility.
▪ Reduce breakdown time by 5%.
▪ Implementation of MTBF, MTTR, OEE metrics for operation excellence.
▪ Installation of new production lines across all facility.
▪ Implementation of many automation, renovation and expansion projects across all facility.
Management of all design reviews, processes, and procedures. Manage and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering and design review team for project execution. Coordinate and discuss with stake holders on all projects related budgets, managerial & design review decisions during the project's life cycle.
Responsibilities:
▪ Review and coordination of all engineering design submittals, as well as following up site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders.
▪ Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals.
▪ Lead, by example, the team of multi-disciplinary Section Chiefs and engineers by delegating work according to specialism, project priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones.
▪ Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers.
▪ Attend progress and technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
▪ Take part in project and risk management reviews. ▪ Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
▪ Manage the technical office teams on technical and department issues.
▪ Supervise the review and approvals of shop drawings, material submittals with respect to the project specification and standards of practice.
▪ Continually review the project execution schedule during the progress of site works.
▪ Review the list of deliverables (submittal of drawings, design and materials) as well as ensures the compliance with the contract and project requirements.
▪ Support review of invoices, when required for technical assistance.
▪ Monitoring, coaching and developing the Section Chiefs and Engineering team members.
Facilities:
▪ Manage delivery of all soft and hard facilities services across the facility complying with Health & Safety legislation.
▪ Managed a large complex team of, overseeing operation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects.
▪ Track work orders, monitor expenses, and getting work completed within the budgeted guidelines and overseeing outsourced contractors.
▪ Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program across all facility.

Utilities
▪ Directs and manages overall operation, maintenance and projects of very wide range of utilities across the organization.(Power, steam, chilled water, potable water, hot water, domestic water, all sewer systems, CCTV, firefighting, fire alarm systems, storage, chillers, thawing rooms, HVAC as well as industrial refrigeration plant).
▪ Develop projects according to budgets and as per contracts.
▪ Reviewed skills set of employees in departments and analyzed it against required skills set for department.
▪ Inspect adherence to all safety requirements, ensure maintenance of quality control in facility.
▪ Determine all work to be done according to company standards and policies.
▪ Establish preventative maintenance program and ensure it covers entire processes.
▪ Document all records for installation work and ensured compliance to contracts.
* Main achievements:
▪ Installation of new utilities, as well as expansion of existing system.
▪ Increasing utilities capacity by 20% according to strategic plan.
Fleet:
▪ Creating and overseeing fleet safety, processes, budgeting, inventory, and repairs. ensuring all trucks and equipment are adequately repaired and maintained for safe and efficient operation, removing or minimizing the risks associated with vehicle investment, improving efficiency, productivity and reducing overall transportation and staff costs, providing 100% compliance with government legislation.
▪ Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet, hiring, and training new drivers.
▪ Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles, ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed.
▪ Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
▪ Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules.
▪ Manage vehicle licensure and registration, ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training.
▪ Monitoring drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.
▪ Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress.
▪ Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.
* Main achievements:
▪ Increase availability of fleet system by 20%.
▪ Planning, Executing, and supervising all electric and MEP work for all company operations and projects according to specification, cost, and delivery dates.
▪ Supervising all MEP sites procurement, whether companies, or subcontractors and assure they are according to preset specifications and authorizing receiving reports.
* Main achievements:
▪ Retrieving Power plant efficiency (increased from 30% to 75%).
▪ Steam boiler installation.
▪ Planning, Executing, and supervising all diesel generators work for all company projects according to requirements, cost, and delivery dates, for distinct types and wide range capacity of gensets.
